Fitbit steps will not show in MyFitnessPal app

I am so frustrated! I cannot get my Fitbit steps to sync with My Fitness Pal! It will update the steps only when I log out and log back in, which I shouldn't have to do every time. I have completely disconnected and reconnected my flex. Any suggestions?? Please!

A warm welcome to the Community @griversmhs, If you're still not getting your steps, I recommend unlink and relink your Fitbit and MFP accounts. By doing this your steps and information should be updated.

My steps are not showing up on MFP but they are on my Fitbit acct -both PC and Charge 4

I'm having the same problem and I have meticulously followed the steps to unlink and relink once last week and once yesterday. I have carefully waited the suggested period of time for it to kick back in and nothing. It is extremely frustrating and I keep getting the same instructions which again, I have very carefully followed twice in the past week.
