Maybe it's time to give fitbit's food database and logging another try.  I didn't care for it last time but will give it another go.  Why does MFP need access to my friends?

Just checked MFP article on this and its recently been updated to say they're still working on it. https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/4415871310093

I don't understand @EvilMogwai a sync only needs to sync whatever is new.

Sorry wasn't clear. When I synced earlier when I relinked the accounts, it pulled through the full calorie count for all breakfast items. Later on when I added multiple items for lunch, it only pulled through one of them.

Hello everybody. Thanks for visiting the Fitbit Community.

MyFitnessPal is currently working to resolve an issue that prevents some users to sync their data to them. In addition to the instructions shared here,  you can give a try to the troubleshooting steps provided on MyFitnessPal web site.

So I did this but I keep having to reconnect Fitbit to MFP and then Fitbit logs the same food entry multiple times even though it’s just listed once in MFP. The MFP website coincides with what I see on the MFP app. Only issue is what is being copied to Fitbit.

Still only syncing one item from a meal when I enter it.
Broken as of morning of Dec 16, 2021.

I have the exact same issue.

As an update, if I enter my calories in the MFP app it will sync to the web browser version of MFP and then to FitBit; steps and calories will then sync back to the MFP browser but not the MTP app. Additionally, if I enter calories in the MFP browser it will show as double counted everywhere. Seems like MFP has a mess on their hands that’s been hard for them to fix.
