Fitbit surge integration with preventnow.com

I am participating in a program through Omaha health called preventnow.com. The site indicates ability to integrate Fitbit with it. I don't see any data from my Fitbit being synched. Anyone else having problems or has anyone been successful getting them to synch?

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community @Seger005! Omaha Health or Preverntnow.com don't sound familiar to me but it'd great if you have the chance to review the Apps compatibles with Fitbit (here). If yours doesn't appear in the list that might be the reason why it's not syncing your information from Fitbit.
