Fitbit syncs very slowly with other apps

I have my Fitbit set to sync with MyNetDiary.  When I first set it up, every time I entered food in MyNetDiary it would sync to my Fitbit app within 5 min.  I loved it!  As time went on, it took longer and longer for it to sync.  It takes hours for it to sync now.  😞  I unlinked the 2 apps then reset them to sync.  It worked great again for a bit then slowly started taking more and more time to sync food from MyNetDiary to Fitbit.  VERY FRUSTRATING.  I have both apps set to sync all day.  I don't understand why it works great when I first link them then day by day starts to fail (or at least slow way down).

Welcome to the Community @ltotty! Is this happening in the mobile or online app? If it's in the Online app, you should try clearing your browser's cache. So far I haven't heard about any issue with our system. If clearing your browser does not help, you should contact MyNetDiary support.
