Fitbit to strava

When Fitbit and strava are linked.
When you do a run using gps on the Fitbit app and a charge HR wristband.
Do
A) Fitbit send the data to strava
Or
B) strava take the information from Fitbit

Because my HR never transfers correctly there is always a flat spot at the end and everybody just keeps passing the buck

@ironfist my understanding is that Strava pulls the info from Fitbit through a third-party API app they created. That being the case it would be my thought that it is something with the code Strava is using that creates this flat spot.
