Fitbit versa no longer syncs to go365 after lastest firmware update

Since the latest firmware update on October 9th, 2019 my fitbit versa has not synced with go365. I've revoked access and reset but it still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Really this is sad. I enjoy my Fitbit but this has been an issue for years from looking at online forums. It could have been fixed easily long ago. I just ordered a Garmin watch. Go365 and Garmin are compatible with one another. I'll never buy another Fitbit again. I know no one cares.

I'll also get on Humanas Go365 forum and let them know that Fitbit doesn't care about Humana and all the people that have Go365.
