Fitbit website data isn't syncing with my iOS app

This has been going on and off a lot lately.

 

I have my fitbit synced with mynetdiary app and it was working fine before, the calories logged in mynetdiary were trasnferring onto my fitbit app and my fitbit website dashboard.

 

Now suddenly the calories for every day on my app say 0. But on the website dashboard, everything is logged and showing up properly. 

 

I keep resyncing with mynetdiary and haven't got it to work. I've reset my fitbit twice and restarted my phone twice, nothing is working.... Quite frustrating as I paid $9 for the mynetdiary "max" membership this month to try it out with my fitbit.

 

Seems to be an issue with the app but I'm not sure what to do about it. I did also uninstall and reinstall the app to my phone.

@Bridawn It's great to have you here! I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done. I would like you to unlink and relink both accounts and see if you get both apps to sync again. If you're still not getting the information linked please contact directly MyNetDiary they will check what's happening.

I did try this and didn't find it helped.

 

What did finally seem to help is I changed my food database on my fitbit app from Canada to US, even though mynetdiary is set to Canada. After I did that though, everything started loading again. I don't know if it was coincidental or not, but all is working again now!
