Fitbit will not sync to Humana Vitality

Set up Fitbit Alta, set up app on my iphone, set up humana vitality app because I am on a challenge team. Fitbit is working, can see all info on my phone. Human app is working. Fitbit app and humana app are not talking. Meanwhile, my team is losing step points.:Smiley Sad Help!

Hi there @stepperdoc, welcome aboard to our Fitbit Community. 

 

In order to start earning points follow these steps recommended by Vitality:

  1. Log into your Vitality profile on www.discovery.co.za or using the Discovery app.
  2. Visit the fitness devices and apps page and click 'De-link'.
  3. Click 'Link my Fitbit account'.
  4. Follow the steps to re-link your Fitbit device directly to Vitality.

According to Vitality, you will only earn speed activity and heart rate points once the above re-linking steps have been completed. Workouts recorded prior to this re-linking will not count towards your weekly Vitality Active Rewards goals.
