I'm trying to sort out the most appropriate setup for syncing these 3 apps. I use fitbit for regulat steps and sleep activity, endomondo for my running workouts and myfitnesspal for food. I also have an Aria scale connected to my fitbit account.
I connected all 3 apps and everything seems fine, except 2 things:
- Endomondo creates a worout from fitbit activity, which is imported by MFP and then imported as an activity again by fitbit! Is there any setting I can change to avoid that (such as "do not import activities from MFP"?)
- Endomondo doesn't get weight data from Fitbit
Has anyone found a solution for those issues? Anyone else using those 3 apps and care to share their setup?

Yeah, I'm having the same problems. Don't understand why Fitbit can't determine the activities are the same activity and disregard the duplicate data.

I tried the same kind of set-up;
MFP - Food
Endomondo - workout / walk GPS
Fitbit one - steps & sleep
In short, I didn't like it....for the same reason you say about doubling up on the workouts.
MFP just seems to complicate things even further and wants me to eat more calories because of the extra calories burned (x2).
I'd be a happy camper if fitbit one had GPS or...if mobiletrack didn't freeze 50% of the time during my walks. Whilst MFP food data base is great, I can get by with only using fitbit's data base.
I'm going back to use fitbit only and unlink the account to endomondo. I still want endo for it's GPS & pace meter. So I'll check that seperately.
Sorry I wasn't more helpful....but that's my story.

Just an update here; I found a reasonable solution for the first issue. I disabled only the "update new workouts" from Endomondo to MFP; with that, the feeds are all still up, but workouts will only do the Endomondo -> Fitbit -> MFP way. For my expectations, it solves things pretty well.
Still no luck with weight from Fitbit to Endomondo, however.
