Fitbit won’t authorise Strava

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have a Fitbit ionic.

My Fitbit app won’t authorise Strava even with using the strava.fitbit link multiple times.

by using this link I log into Strava then log into fitbit which just takes me to a web page of my dash board, and that’s it.

However Strava has authorised my Fitbit.

Ive tried to do it from a PC also, but still no luck.

I’ve also logged out of both accounts, deleted both apps, turned off Bluetooth but still no luck.
So I can’t upload fitbit activities to strava.
Any advice is gratefully accepted.

Have you revoked access and set it up again?

You may want to contact Fitbit.

Hi,

Yes I removed access from both Strava and Fitbit then re added.

Strava has authorised Fitbit, but Fitbit hasn’t authorised Strava.

I contacted Strava who said to contact Fitbit.

I’ve logged it with Fitbit and a case has been raised.

Are you asking about the Strava app on your tracker? Or the link between your Fitbit account and your Strava account?
