Thanks for the information and just to confirm, could you check if Fitbit is still connected to WalkFit? To do this, go to the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > Fitbit settings. In the Your data in Fitbit, tap Manage access to account > Manage connected apps. Log in to your account and look for WalkFit.

If it's there but your Fitbit data is still not syncing, I'd recommend the following:
