Fitbod workout hasn’t registered on Fitbit app

My Fitbod workout hasn’t registered on my Fitbit app. I’ve not had this problem before what can I do to rectify this?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced. Thank you for the information provided.

 

To try to resolve the issue I would recommend revoking access between your Fitbod and Fitbit accounts and connect them once again. For instructions, please visit this article.
