How do I sync my fitness pal with my fitbit. Keeps telling me error

Hi @Savannahleigh and welcome to the Community! May I ask how you are syncing Fitness pal to Fitbit? If you already have a MFP account then I would recommend to sync from both the accounts. From MyFitnesPal account go to Apps search for Fitbit. You might get results for tracker and Aria. Select the one for tracker. A request will be sent for Fitbit to connect to MFP

Then on your Fitbit account you will allow for the syncing of both accounts.
