I'm wondering what exactly is the issue you are experiencing with Fitstar? Are your exercises sessions from Fitstar not syncing with your Fibtit account or your information is not accurate? Are you unable to connect your accounts? Where are you trying to access, is it from your mobile app or the online dashboard?
If your exercise sessions from Fitstar are not syncing the best to try is to revoke the access and re-connect your accounts one more time as you have done already. Doing this, your information is renew and you re-establish the integration between Fitbit and Fitstar.
