Flex no longer will sync with mapmyrun or MyFitnessPal

I have the first generation of flex, no bells and whistles. It used to be paired with mapmyrun and MyFitnessPal, but no longer. I have followed the steps to delete apps and reattach, no go.  Any suggestions?

I'm sorry you're having problems with the integrations between Map My Run and My Fitness Pal and Fitbit 😕

I'd like you to go on your computer to your Fitbit account and then click on the gear icon to go to the Settings. Then, click on Applications and now here... are you able to see any connected third party apps?

If not, please go to Map My Run and My Fitness Pal app/website and find the option there to link those accounts to your Fitbit account and see if this makes any difference.

Thank you for your reply. I went to all applications and it shows all are connected. But, I don't see my steps in MyFitnessPal, when I log a workout on MapMyFitness i don't see it on my Fitbit dashboard for days exersised. Do I need to reset my Fitbit?
