For the past few weeks my flex has not been syncing my exercises from the my fitness pal app. It won't show up in my active minutes and I'm getting so frustrated.
Then last night I plugged it in to charge and I wake up this morning and it says I have walked over 5000 steps and burned over 2000 calories. The numbers and the graphs are not matching.
I logged out uninstalled and did a hard reset nothing has helped. Please someone help me I'm ready to throw all my devices out the window.

@Amanda247 A warm welcome to the Community! Please unlink and relink the accounts, to see if you're able to get them linked again. I appreciate the troubleshooting that you've done regarding the Dashboard not matching the stats, please set up your Flex once again to your Dashboard to see if the bars match with the number of steps that you have in your Dashboard.
