I track my nurtition on SparkPeople.com and my fibit flex syncs my nurtition information, except for the fiber. Anyway to get it to track it or manually put it in?

A very warm welcome to the Community Forums @nolahorserider! I moved your post from this thread so that you can get a better response.
Regarding the fiber not showing up, I recommend that we try to unlink your Fitbit account from your SparksPeople account and then link them again. Doing this could cause the fiber to start showing up on your Fitbit food logs. To revoke the access please do the following:
1. Log into your Fitbit.com account through your preferred web browser.
2. Go to your settings and then to the 'applications' tab.
3. Look for the SparksPeople app and click on the 'Revoke Access' button.
This will unlink both of your accounts. After you have unlinked them, let's try to link them up again. To do so you have to go through these steps:
1. Log in to SparkPeople.
2. Go to http://www.sparkpeople.com/fitbit/connect.asp.
3. Click the Connect Accounts button. You'll be returned to the Fitbit Settings page on the SparkPeople site.
4. At the bottom, adjust your settings as desired.
After they are linked once again, please try to log some food and then confirm if the fiber is now showing up on your Fitbit food logs.

Hello there @Happycamper109! Since unlinking SparksPeople from Fitbit didn't get the fiber to show up, let's try to unlink the accounts, log out and then back in from both accounts and then link them again. The process of logging out should help the Dashboard load all of the information again and once they are linked, the information should come it.
Please let me know if this does the trick!

Hi @LanuzaFitbit I did do this and it has still not been working. Additionally, my steps automatically come through to SparkPeople but my Sleep doesn't come unless I manually sync it in SparkPeople each day. They say there appears to be no problem with the connection and I have authorized everything when I set up the connection. Not sure why this is not working either.

Hi @Happycamper109! Thanks for reaching back.
It would seem like it is an issue with the connection. The very best thing we could do at this time is to give it some time. It should start working normally soon.
Does the food information come through whenever you do the manual sync between the accounts?

Thanks @LanuzaFitbit. All the food including calories, protein, carbs comes through automatically. I don't necessarily have to manually sync it. The Fiber doesn't come through automatically or even when I manually sync it.
Sleep doesn't come through automatically but it will come through if I manually sync on SparkPeople.
