I've both Fitbit and Google fit apps, both are connected to Google health and fully authorized for syncing.

But the activities in Google fit well not update into Fitbit.

If here a way to automatically push an activity from Google fit to Fitbit?

Unfortunately not, it's not possible. Fitbit developed the integration with Health Connect as write only. If you post the request to the Fitbit feedback section you will likely receive a reply from @YojanaFitbit or @LizzyFitbit that Fitbit has open API so it's up to third party developer (ironically Google) to implement such integration while this is wrong as Fitbit doesn't offer API for the purpose

Fittofit in the Google play store might work for you. Not sure if it goes both ways or just  Fitbit to fit.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fitapp.fittofit

Fit2Fit works only from Fitbit to Google Fit and can't be differently because Fitbit doesn't provide API for writing data in Fitbit .

@Dopovo I sync my Garmin into my Fitbit account and there is some limited support for third-party services to upload into the Fitbit account. Things that cannot be imported are GPS data and HR. There will be no AZM granted for imported activities and no map if they were tracked with GPS (for example, I see a map in Garmin but this isn't imported by Fitbit). I use FitnessSyncer to cross-sync accounts and it works to some limited degree.
