Full picture of my goals, and questions on how to achieve that

I use MyFitnessPal(MFP), Endomondo(End), Fitbit Charge HR(Fitbit) and Facebook(FB).

My ultimate goal is to track my calories in/out on MFP, and display my workouts on both MFP and FB.  Specifically, when I go for a run I want the results to be posted to MFP and FB, but I don't want daily totals posted to FB, just when I do a specific exercise.

Currently when I go for a run, I track it with End and I also hold the button on my Fitbit to start tracking an exercise.  When the exercise is done, End posts it to MFP and FB, and Fitbit posts the adjusted calorie amount to MFP, which is perfect.

Two bad things are happening though.  The first one is that on End I am seeing an update at 11:59pm each night showing me how far I have walked for the whole day, with a very high calorie count.  The second thing is that on FB, a new item is being posted to my friends each morning showing a very small distance walked, and throughout the day the item gets updated with larger and larger numbers.

The first part isn't so bad because I don't use End as a social app, but the second part is serious, because I don't people to have to read that I walked .12 miles each morning.

Do you have any suggestions for how to set the integration between the three apps and FB to get what I want?

I have already complained about that to Endomondo. I only want my Endomondo tracked activities to get posted, but they post the Fitbit steps too. Endomondo says the only solution is to stop sharing with Facebook or disconnect Endomondo from Fitbit. it is either all or nothing. Fitbit has nothing to do with it.

Thanks Patruns.  What did you end up doing, and what were the results?

Support from my FB peeps keeps me going, so cutting off End from FB isn't an option.  I completely disconnected End from Fitbit this morning as a test, hoping that Fitbit can get the workouts from MFP that End puts there.  We shall see.
