GPS tracking dosen't work when I sync Fitbit with Runkeeper

I've synced my Charge 2 with Runkeeper to keep track of my training. But when Fitbit syncs with Runkeeper, there's no GPS tracking and no map showing in the Runkeeper app. As a resut of this, the distance is only measured by number of steps, and this is almost always inaccurate or wrong.

 

How can I fix this to make the tracking correct? Is this something you can adjust in the settings, or is it more complicated than that?

Hello @Sprocklock add for as I know Runkeeper does not pull the GPS data from Fitbit.  This would be a question for Runkeeper,  since third parties are responsible for their connection. 

 

Im also moving the thread to the third party integration.
