When I try to sync MyFitnessPal to the Fitbit app, it is saying there is already an account with that email synced to it. But I have a new phone. Any idea on how to fix this?

Had you connected fitbit and MyFitnessPal on your old phone? The connection is between your fitbit account and your MyFitnessPal account and not with your phone so once connected it will be connected for any device you use.

I did not have trouble on the old phone. When I try to sync on the new one, it says that there is an account with this email already synced to this Fitbit.

What exactly are you trying to do on your new phone? As you linked your fitbit and myfitnesspal accounts on your old phone there shouldn't be anything you need to do.
