Hey folks,
I've found a few previous posts looking for a way to migrate fitbit data into the natural cycles app. While this is not an ongoing sync, I just developed a way to get historical menstrual data into the NC app on iOS for anyone that's wanting to do that. It involves exporting the fitbit data using google takeout, processing it using a google spreadsheet (I've made that part as simple as possible) and then importing it into Apple Health using a shortcut I developed to process the data.
This is the google sheet for processing the data, and all instructions for how to use it including how to export the data from google, and import it are included on the first tab.
Here is the direct link to the iOS shortcut for importing the data into Apple Health. You need to process it first though using the spreadsheet above: Import Menstrual Data to Health App
This is just menstrual cycle (period) data, not temperature or anything else.
Any questions, let me know. I hope this helps someone. It took a few hours work to develop this for my partner, so I'm hoping others can benefit as well. I figured the extra time to generalise it for anyone to use might help someone else out.

Also, just for clarity, this is only dealing with menstrual cycle dates, not temperature or any other data.
