H20 pal syncing

I just got the h20 pal and and tried to sync it with fitbit. It says it is enabled, but is not counting any water that I'm drinking.

As for your question, it is not counting any water im drinking? 

Im not sure what is being refferred to, in that im not aware of this bottle.

Are you saying the H2O Pal app isnt counting the water you drink with the pal bottle?
