HCG diet p4 weight loss

In the eat for the rest of your life stage of the HCG Diet.  Supposed to keep the weight within 2 pounds of my Last Injection Weight (LIW) of 186.  This first week of my P4 Phase I have lost 4 pounds.

I plan to do another round after I finish my 6 weeks stabilization phase. So I want to do this p3/p4 correctly.

Since I lave lost 4.4 pounds under my LIW what should I do? Eat more than I want? i just broke that habit.   I thought I was a pro at gaining weight, Anyone underweight contact me .. will show you how to get fat fast. 🙂

I have gained and lost 50 to 70 pounds several times, but I do not want to eat a croissant or pizza just to gain weight.

I want to lose and not gain it back,  So this stabilization  idea is intriguing to me.  IF its true that you can lose weight and not reset your metabolism lower with this plan.  Goal to stop the bounce back of weight.

Since I have started the diet I do not think I will return to alcohol or pizza anytime this decade. Like ice cream I Ate enough to last a lifetime.  So my old go to food that generally pack the weight on fast are off the table.

I do want to be true to this protocol since it seems to be working for me. Initial  "fast" weight loss

followed by longer and longer period of food reeducation.  Learning about words like neoglucogenisis.

Anyone out there who completed  consecutive rounds of HCG that lost not gained weight on P4?

I would love to hear from you. Lots of post from folks who gained in p3/p4.

Anyone else out there have issues with losing too much weight on P4?  I have been trying to eat only food I prepare, organic.  I have been upping my protein intake with  fish eggs meat and cheese, and have also upped fat intake,b een drinking heavy  cream in my coffee every morning,

which I must admit has become my new drug of choice.

Iced pressed coffee with stevia vanilla extract half and half and a splash of whipping cream. (all organic)  Three of these and you will mistake me for a meth addict. 🙂

in p4 I have lessened the amount of fruit and veg and water. I also set an alarm on my phone that goes of mid and at 5:30 pm to remind me to eat before i mess up my blood sugar, That has been really helpful.

How have you been doing since you wrote about this?  You're NOT supposed to lessen fruits and veggies.  You should drink about 64 oz of water a day and increase the fruits and veggies, increase the protein, add in some fats and carbs.  Are you working out a lot?

I'm still in P2, not losing as much as I would like, but still losing.

I am in in P4 of the HCG diet. The section of the HCG Simeon protocol

- Eat anything you want as long as you do not  gain or lose -/+ 2 pounds  of body weight.

Drinking lots of water. Not excercising beyond walking.  I put my leg/knee out, a bit hobbled right now. Not gaining. Not losing. The purpose of 21 days of  p3 and 21 days of p4 is stabilization of the weight loss to reset your brain to this new weight.

Stabilize weight  loss at a steady number for 6 weeks.

No matter what I ate for the  past 5 weeks,  I weigh around 183.

In P2 I ate unlimited vegetable quanity, as there is no limit to the serving size on the vegetable in pounds and inches. Lots of fiber and water in those green veggies. Never has a problem with elimination either as I was geting lots of fiber. Don't weight your veggies --- pile them on.

Use spices. I love tumeric now, even though it stains.

Ate one veg per meal, (pounds and pounds  of cabbage and asparagus and brussel sprouts).  On average I ate in vegetable a volume amount equal to half of one medium sized head of cabbage per meal.  lots of leafy green no oil some spices.

I am  not eating as much veg now.

Am eating loads more fat, drinking half and half and whipping cream in my coffee, as it is low carb high fat

Still staying away from starch and sugar and high sugar fruits,  Eating more berries

with unsweetened coconut flakes. YUM YUM

Today is  R1P4D19.   My LIW was 186. For past 36 days I have been within 2 pounds of LIW with the exception of a few days when I dipped down to 5  lbs under LIW. My P4  every morning

has been 183.2  I thought my scale was broken. Every day  the same number, no matter what I ate.

I have been eating LCHF ( ;low carb high fat) for P4. Eating a lot of apples and cheese. Using

high fat dairy in my coffee.  I have had sugar a few times.

I ate a  chocolate croissant as a treat and ordered an iced latte out. Cooking all of my own meals. No restaurant, no take out no eating at other peoples homes.

Cooking with organic butter, and only EVOO as a dressing on salads..

No beans bread pasta root vegetables, etc.  I have been eating about 2000 Calories day, or at least on the the days I log it on  fitbit. My weight is stable.  No matter what weight I am at now or in the future I hope I can consume 2000 calories a day and not gain weight, if not a  tad more, as I enjoy food.

So I am learning it is more about the composition of food  I eat, more than calories, that causes fat storage. That is what I wantto avoid. Packing on more fat that I need.

I would like to try vegetarianism ala Dr Carlton Esseltyn.. i hand out his book, "Prevent and Reverse heat disease", toghether with Furhman's.  "Eat to Live"   to all my friend who have has cardiac events, Amazing how many popele I know at 50 getting heart attacks.

I would not embark on a diet with such a high carbohydrate content until I have stabilized my weight

at a healthy and maintainable  BMI level.  I am gambling at bit with the LCHF diet its probably very inflammaory,  but I have been following it in P4 but it is a temporary plan to stablize weight.

This plan coupled with  HCG  VLCD  pounds and inches diet, are tools to get me to a goal.

Time, or death, if I run out, will be the final proof of its success.

I think 5 years out is considered good as cured.

Let  us see if this HCG is an obesity cure.

I will try and log  in through  june 2019 from time to time to keep the community posted.

So this a long term plan for fast weight loss slowly.

Even though I lost 26 pounds in 40 days, I also lost 28 pounds in 75 days and after 84 days its my  a plan to have lost 28 pounds.  Then lets see what R2 brings me.  I will follow the diet religously

accept what the scales says, dont compare to the success stories of young women and men who have better hormones and telemeres. Know the VCLD  + HCG will release fat stores from my bat wings and my belly before it  chews up waht is left of my muscles  A better plan than medifast or juice feating or

eat less excercise more  the one option which never worked for me.

My plan (if the HCG i order last week arrives) is to Start P2 loading next week 43 days after LIW.

Happy about being down 28 pounds.  With 55 to go, - I want to make sure I followed stablization correctly.  Losing 26 pounds in 40 days is not a pound a day.. I think most folks would think that much wieght loss is good amount for women.

I hope to add yoga back into my regime this week depending upon work demands and my leg, which I am trying to keep elevated  and Iahve been sawimming when I can.

I love the HFLC idea that the  best way to get fat is to exercise more and eat less.

I think this is why americans are so fat.

We keeping dropping our metaboloc set point and yoyo right past  our  last OMG how did I get his fat

to an ew bigger how did I get this fat weight. I have dieted myself  from 140 pounds ( medifast)  to 250

--into morbid obesity  and fear for my heart and lungs.

the rest is volume metrics,  If you want to eat more -- eat more streamed cabbage.

Fill your belly with greens, not grains.

Hey there everyone! Sorry to get into the thread and be a bummer but I honestly believe that tricking your body with hormones and handle an extremely low caloric budget is bound to have a negative effect in the long run.

This is not only about the number on the scale, losing too much weight in such a short period of time will cause muscle loss, affect bone density and create nutrient deficiencies.

I recommend to consult a Physician (not from the clinic) before going into this path, since usually leaving the program will cause a rebound.
