HR data not syncing over to Strava

Charge 4 Heart rate data does not sync over to Strava.  Whether I use gps or not, can’t get it to sync the HR data over.  Bike ride comes over but no HR data.  Setting and permissions are all on and so the previous answer does not work.

No, it does not do a thing! I have turned off data sharing, removed the Fitbit connection to Strava and rebooted and re-added to no avail.

Tried multiple times. Who is successfully getting HR data onto Strava from a charge 4?

In this case, I would recommend getting in touch with Strava customer support. They should be able to continue providing assistance to your case.
