We are new to fitbit and were hoping to track tachecardia (which is when your heart races for no apparent reason).  I also suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome and was hoping to track my sleep patterns, both length of rem sleep and how many times an hour I am awakened out of rem.  Is there anyone else who has done this who can advise me due to  my lack of computer skills and something I have called fog or confusion.  Thank you.       Terry          You can call me on my home phone from 7 a.m. till1 a.m. est.  I need the help so a few hours one way or the other will still get you a cheerful HELLO.  Thanks for calling.

@moonerrWelcome to the forums.

The FitBit doesn't monitor your heart rate. For that, you would need to get a heart rate monitor.

Sleep mode doesn't track rem sleep. You can read more about it here. click.

You don't need fancy computer skills. Many are first time forum members as well as first time using a gadget like the FitBit.

FitBit Support can be reached at this link. click to contact them. There is no phone support, so they won't be calling you.

You can post any questions or concerns in this thread and someone will reply.

Hi!

The flex doesn't monitor heart rate, for that you'd need the force. However, I'm jot sure that it would be useful in your situation.

Has your doctor not run 24hr ecgs?

The Force does not monitor heart rate and is no longer available for sale.

I do beg your pardon, I thought the force had just not reached the uk yet, but you're right, it has been withdrawn. Thank you for correcting me.
