@electriclady67 I appreciate your diligence and for contacting Health Vault. You made an interesting finding, and I will take it as feedback. Since they've confirmed that it's not syncing the time you're setting, I highly recommend that you add this observation and vote for this idea: Blood Pressure and Glucose in our Feature Requests forum. This is a great place to get the attention of Fitbit's developers. Happy stepping!

@electriclady67 Thanks for stopping by the community! Where are you viewing your logs? Usually, you have to go to your Glucose tab and you'll a graph with the date and time for your entries. If this is not the case, do you mind posting a screenshot of the error message here? I'd be able to tell if it's something Fitbit is familiar with.

I log it in the glucose tab the date and times are not transfering to the health vault just show 12:00 am on all of them that does not help my doctor if fit bit had a report like this then it would not matter. but i like that it transferes to this other program so i can do reports for the doctor and share with my doctor

@electriclady67 Thanks for adding those screenshots! It seems that it's from your Health Vault account. I highly recommend that you contact Health Vault support, so they can verify their settings. And you can always relink both accounts, it could be a glitch. Let me know if it works, okay?

they times i type in does not sync with health vault only the day and amt . need the time to transefer so it is usful. health vault allows you to edit and time but that is more time spent re-entering the data already entered. i have sent health vault the same info i sent you waiting on thier responce.

How did you get Fitbit to talk to Microsoft HealthVault? I am having difficulty getting linked.

I was trying to edit my glucose data on one day and ended up erasing the morning and evening data totally. when I went back a day to check that day's data, the A.M. & P.M. data was gone from that day too and the day before that. Does anyone know how to restore the glucose page to its original form so I can continue to record my data?

You must not understand what I mean when I describe my problem (my fault). The normal glucose record form has spots to record your glucose reading for morning and the time when you recorded it, and the same for the afternoon and for the evening. I had the wrong readings in the morning and evening spots along with the wrong times. When I deleted those incorrect readings and times, I deleted those entire areas from the form and was left with only a spot for recording glucose readings for the afternoons. I only check my glucose in the mornings and evenings and ALL MORNING AND EVENING RECORDING SPOTS ARE GONE FROM ALL PREVIOUS FORMS AND ALL FUTURE FORMS. My question is how do I get them back or, in other words, restore the form to its original design? I have linked up with health valt, but, of course that does not do anything to solve my problem. Can anyone help?

I cannot seem to find the healthvault account in the third party app section. can anyone please send me the lnk? I am using the charge device which is not one of the fitbit devices that appears with my healthvault account (there are 6 other devices).
