Hi,
help me please, my Fitbit is linked to my fitness pal which is great however it is telling me I have used over 4000 calories for 11000 steps ...???!! I wish !!! Anybody know how I actually get the 11000 steps to a realistic calorie count ? Thanks

Hello @Jasper0311, welcome to the Fitbit Community. The calorie burn you are describing, seems pretty accurate from my point of view. Note that the amount of steps you had is very high and keep in mind your calories also include your BMR.
Your BMR is the rate at which you burn calories as a result of maintaining vital body functions. These functions include breathing and heartbeat and brain activity, among others. Your BMR usually accounts for at least half of the calories you burn in a day.
