How I get the Fitbit app to sync to the CVS Weight Coach app?

• What do you do to achieve your fitness goals? Track steps along with other medical info (sleep, heart rate, etc) and monitor my weight

I linked the Fitbit Aria Air scale to the Fitbit app.  Now I need to sync my Fitbit app to the CVS Weight Coach app.

When I go to the Weight Coach app, it says I can link to Fitbit by using the Connect tab.  The message I get is: Setting up sync, please wait. It never connects and is stuck on sync mode.
