How do I add to "My Applications"

I hit the revoke button on the My applications page. But there does not seem to be anywhere to ADD to the my applications page. I am ultimately trying to get my fitbit to sync with Weight Watchers app.

It seems that the link to weight watchers is activated from the weight watchers side. The instructions are at: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1570/
