How do I connect my charge 2 to Noom

My charge 2 was sending step info to Noom but it stopped doing so. How do I restart it

Thanks for the details shared on your post. If you haven't tried yet, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Make sure your Charge 2 is syncing with your Fitbit account. For troubleshooting syncing, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
  2. Unlink the app from your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I manage apps connected to my Fitbit account?
  3. Reconnect the app with your Fitbit account. For instructions, see How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?
