Log on to the Virgin Pulse website, then look for "Activity" in the menu bar at the top, then "Fitness tracking devices" and FitBit should be on the right hand side of the window at the top. Then you will click the link and use your login for FitBit account to allow Virgin access to your FitBit data. Then you're all set!

Do you know if you can send FitBit steps to Virgin Pulse as well as to the FitBit iOS App? On my now dead Virgin Pulse device when you uploaded steps they are no longer available for sync. I want to sent my FitBit steps to Virgin Pulse (a company mandated program) as well as the the iOS FitBit App or the Apple Health App if FitBit support it in the future.

I'm not quite sure I understand your question. Whenever you open the Fitbit app and your device is within a 10ft. radius, the device will upload your steps automatically to Fitbit as well as Virgin (if it is connected properly). To sync Fitbit with Apple Health, you have to purchase an app called Sync Solver here:

Thanks for helping out, but I decided against the fitbit because it does not interface directly to iOS Health App. I bought the Misfit Flash and it works well with Virgin Pulse, my company's required wellness provider as well as integrating with iOS Health.
