How do I link with a Power of Vitality account?

When I try to link from the page on their website, it gives an error saying to try back later.  Then, I get the following message.  Any ideas?

That does not appear to be a compatible app. Here is the list of apps that you can connect your Fitbit accoount with: https://www.fitbit.com/apps

Go through the same steps but on a computer. It does not work on a phone or tablet. I had the same problem. It IS a supported third party.
