Hi there @stepthrough123, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! I was reading you want to export data from your Fitbit account to your Nokia Health Mate app.

In this case your Fitbit doesn't not have an option to do this, but your Nokia Health Mate app does. If you're switching from a Fitbit tracker to a Nokia tracker, you can now retrieve your Fitbit data on your Nokia account using the Switch to Nokia Feature.

The Switch to Nokia feature allows you to import your data from your Fitbit account. However if you keep using your Fitbit tracker, your data won't be automatically sent to your Nokia account.

You can retrieve the following data from your Fitbit account:

  • Number of steps
  • Distance
  • Calories
  • Step goal (if you don't already have one)

Just a quick note that if you have both Fitbit data and Nokia data for the same date, we will always keep your Nokia data over your Fitbit data.

To use the Switch to Nokia feature, perform the following steps:

  1. Click this link.
  2. Click Import my Fitbit history.
  3. Click Get Started.
  4. Log in to your Nokia account.
  5. Select the user you want to assign your data to.
  6. Click Import data.
  7. Log in to your Fitbit account.

Now the import of your data will start and you'll receive an email at the end of the import process. Note that it can take a few hours as there might be a lot of data to import.

All this information was retrieved from Nokia support.

Hope it helps and let me know if you have other questions.

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for the instructions—I'm relieved to have found them since I was rather unhappy about losing three years of Fitbit data (my Nokia Android phone is not supported by Fitbit). I started the import process (of Fitbit data from July 2015 to date) two days ago, but it won't import beyond 5 September 2016: July 2015 to September 2016 is still a gaping hole. Do I have to keep the browser window open until it's ready, or is it normal that it takes so long?
