So Fitbit doesn't show under 'Your Apps'? If not, I'm guessing your accounts aren't actually connecting for some reason. Might be time to contact support if you've verified your account credentials are correct.

Log into MFP and goto: https://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps/show/30. 'Connect' the app and you should be good to go.

I have gone through both MFP and Fitbit to connect and they are still not syncing

Disconnect the apps, then connect from MFP to Fitbit. After connecting, you should see 'Fitbit Tracker' listed under 'Your Apps' on the http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps page. After that, foods and activities should sync between the two apps.

Okay so call me dumb, but I cannot find where it gives me the "your apps" option. I have logged out of both and logged in and disconnected both (I think) but still nothing. Does it show the actual food in the log or does it just show the calories differences.

On the righthand side of the http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps page, you should see a section labled 'Your Apps'. Under that section heading, you should see the app(s) that you have connected. For example, I have what's shown in the image below. The 'Fitbit Tracker' is what should show when you've connected MFP to Fitbit.

Entering foods in MFP once synced, will copy 'meal summaries' to your Fitbit dashboard (e.g. second image below). You'll see 'Fitbit calorie adjustments' in MFP based on activity that your Fitbit registers.

Okay see how your app states under it installed? Mine still continues to say connect. Any ideas?

It turns out it was an issue with MFP but it has all been corrected now. Thanks everyone for your help and advice.

I have done that.  But it still isn't synched up.  It shows under my Fit bit that I am allowing it to synch but nothing.  not sure what I am doing wrong.
