How do sync with Walgreens Balance Rewards?

I cannot get my Fitbit One to sync with Balance Rewards.  I had it at one time, but recently got an Iphone and synced it to my Iphone, and now it doesn't automatically sync with Walgreens Balance Rewards, where it did before I got the Iphone connection.  What do I need to do?  I have called the Helpline at Walgreens Balance Rewards and reconnected the device several times and followed their instructions, but it still is not working.  HELP!

@Lanette289 Thanks for stopping by the community! You the right thing by re-linking both accounts again. What would you like to sync? Keep in mind that you get 20 points for every mile you walk or run and 20 points per daily weigh-in. Make sure to sync your tracker in order to update your Walgreens account.
