How do you add Life Fitness application to interact with your fitbit account like Facebook interacts with your fitbit account

Not all apps have setup syncing on their end so that Fitbit can sync to it. I'm not aware of any integrations with Life Fitness, but you can point them to http://dev.fitbit.com/ so that they can setup their systems to integrate with FItbit!
