I have the charge HR. I am a bit confused on how to accurately use my fitbit so that it accurately transfers activity points into my Weight Watchers app. I contaced Weight Watchers but they said I needed to reach out to Fitbit.
Initially, when I got the charge i just put it on and used it. I didn't put it in "activity mode". When I did that the number of Activity Points that would transfer into Weight Watchers seemed very low compared to what I was getting manually prior to having the fitbit.
Then, I tried out the "activity mode" on the fitbit. The number of points that transfer into WW seems to be more accurate (i.e. higher) but when I do that (use the exercise mode) is it counting steps etc. 2x? It just seems like the steps are very high earliy in the day when I workout and use the exercise mode in the morning.
Also, if i adjust my exercise log at all it seems to re-add the activity points into Weight Watchers. For instance, I used the activity mode on my fitbit but forgot to turn it off. So I thoguht I would just delete the log and manually enter in the correct duration for my exercise. It seemed to keep the old trasfered in activity points and add them again! It gave me 18 activity points in WW which is impossible. Please help!
