How do i reconnect...I inadvertently revoke the access to my fitness pal and cant find how to redo it

Hi there @Goofy2390, good to see you again! My apologies for the late response and I sw you want to reconnect MyFitnessPal with your Fitbit Dashboard.
It might be sound kinda tricky, but it is easy to resolved:
Go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/apps, look for the Fitbit app and re-connect the integration, by authorizing the access again:
Connect your tracker to MFP:
Also make sure you have select the Fitbit tracker as a device from where your steps are coming from to make sure your steps are syncing between both accounts. in the same page where you connect your accounts, select the tile "Steps" and select Fitbit tracker.

I made the same mistake too. accidentally, revoking access. What I did notice with mine myfitnesspal was, that, fitbit was still connected. So I had to disconnect and then 'reconnect' for it to work.
