I am trying to disconnect myfitnesspal and my Fitbit but I am can’t seem to do it. I have disconnected through the Fitbit app but it says it is still connected when I go to myfitnesspal. How do I figure out what account it is linked to?

Welcome to the Forums @Liz_r19.
Thanks for bringing this up and trying to disconnect them from the Fitbit end.
Given that you have tried to disconnect them from Fitbit's end already, I'd recommend that you try to follow the get in touch with MyFitnessPal directly. They should be able to help you get it disconnected given that these integrations are developed by the third parties.
Let me know if you have any further questions.

I had this problem, too. After I revoked access through Fit bit app, on a fluke idea, I went to myfitnesspal online (from my computer browser), and under Apps/App Gallery/Step Trackers

Got cut off... Under step trackers see Fit bit Tracker it showed "installed" I clicked it and confirmed removal. It gave a msg I disconnected. I reopened MFP on my phone and it was gone.

Welcome to the Forums @Nisupi.
I apologize for the delay in my response. Thanks for letting us know that you tried those steps.
In this case I'd recommend that you try getting in touch with MyFitnessPal so that they can take a closer look at what is going on. It is important to mention that it is the third parties who develop this integrations and thus they should be able to take a closer look at what is going on.
Let me know if you have any further questions.
