How to discontinue my FitBit-data from going to Humana my previous health insurance company?

3 years ago I was with Humana Insurance and they had requested data sharing from my FitBit with them. As it was in my interest too to show them I'm an exercising and healthy member, I allowed them to get my FotBit data. I have forgotten how I did that and how to now cancel their access to my data?

Through the app go to Account settings - permissions - third party permissions. From here revoke access to the app you don't want.
