My Charge HR is not giving me any Weight Watchers activity points. I gives me 0 before I even get out of bed then never changes as the day goes on. I walk an average of 4 miles per day and get no points for it throught Fitbit, and if I track that walk through the Weight Watchers app I get 5 activity points. My Fitbit is synced with my phone, my Weight Watchers account and my Weight Watchers app. I do not know what else to do!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @ASager. It's great to have you here. I would recommend revoking the access between your two accounts and link them once again. If this doesn't work, it could be a good idea contacting Weight Watchers customer service team at 1-800-651-6000 or http://www.weightwatchers.com/help/contactus.aspx.
