Hi there: My fitness pal settings match my fitbit settings:

Sedetary

lose 1 pound a week

Medium

It is always off by about 100 calories of what I have left to eat. As of right now, My fitness pal says I have 584 calories left and fitbit says I have 420. Is there a way to check and see if my fitbit is set to sedetary? I don't know where there is such a huge difference.
