How to stop Love Weather ad

This love weather ad with a number to insert when you go to the site promotes selling their app - I cannot stop it from being on the face of my Fitbit. I am new to using it and am not skilled - I’m searching the community, but this question doesn’t exist. Please help

Thanks for the details mentioned and the research done prior to posting. It sounds like the love weather ad that you're receiving in your Fitbit depends on the clock face that you choose. You may want to change your clock face. 

 

Also, reply to the following questions: 

- Which Fitbit do you have?

- What's the name of the clock face that you have installed?
