I have just purchased the FitBit Versa 2. I love the look and functionality, but I can't seem to find out how to sync it with the Wellness Portal of my health insurance, Ascend to Wholeness. There are directions from Ascend to Wholeness, but unfortunately, the button on the Dashboard is non-existent. Can anyone help?

I'm glad to hear that you're loving your Versa 2. Usually you receive an invitation to join your company's program, please double check if you received an invitation or an invitation code to join through your phone or tablet. You could double check this information with your program administrator.
