Go to MFP Food Diary Settings and title your six "Meal Names" the same as Fitbit's, i.e. Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, Dinner, and Anytime (or After Dinner).

I did that (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Afternoon Snack, After Dinner, Morning Snack) and although it correctly brings the Morning and Afternoon Snack in, the "after dinner" block does not.
At least it gets in there, but I'm confused why it fails. I even highlighted "After Dinner" from FitBit and used that value in MFP.
Thanks

Not sure about the After Dinner and I have the sixth MFP category labeled Anytime. I don't use it anyway so can't comment on whether it works correctly or not.

I think the problem is the food logging API call hasn't been updated to include the "After Dinner" period. (I posted the question on the API forum to see if Fitbit plans to update it. Of course then MFP would probably have to update their interface.)
