How to sync food input into Sparkpeople with FB

I enter my daily food intake into Sparkpeople, but I don't know how to sync that data with FB. Thanks!

I use sparkpeople to log my food too. So I did a search on sparkpeople for fitbit and it gave me the link to connect the two.  It works great   http://www.sparkpeople.com/fitbit/connect.asp
