I am trying to syncing my fitbit with Redbrick Health. Redbrick can't "see" fitbit on my computer.

Does anyone use Redbrick Health (for insurance discount) and how did you sync your Fitbit One with Redbrick? I see in RB where I am supposed to connect with my fitbit, but it says it can't find it on my computer. My device is syncing with my computer just fine. Thanks for any suggestions.

In the redbrick mobile app click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, this will give you a drop-down menu. Choose sync device and choose Fitbit (it's at the top of the list). This is all you need to do 🙂
