I can’t connect Fitbit with MFP

I have been trying to connect my Fitbit with my new MFP account.  It say I already have a MFP account linked to my Fitbit but I don’t know which one.  I’ve had a few and deleted the ones I know of.  What else can I do?

Hello @SunsetRunner, it is nice to have new faces in the Fitbit Community! My recommendations is to try to revoke the access in both of your accounts, MFP and Fitbit for every account you had in the past. You need to make sure on your Fitbit account there is not access from MFP and vice-versa. Perhaps the following post will guide you through this process.

 

If the issue persists it would be recommendable to contact MFP support for more assistance.
