I can't link my Zip to my Morneau Sheppel "fitnesscoach" app. When I enter in my email and password, it says the account does not exist. Now, I can synch my ZIP but when I went back to the fitbit.com site it says my email isn't registered. Yet my Zip is uploading to the site. I'm confused

That app is not listed as an official parnter app. partner apps You will need to go to them for assistance as they are using Fitbit's open API to track the info.
